About us

Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS) provides Conference Logistics/Meeting Support, and Training Support Services to the Federal Government, to include the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Department of Veteran Affairs, and Department of the Treasury. We provide for event logistics, on-site and virtual event management, staffing, and technical support during each event.

About the position
At CivilityMS, business development analysts are crucial to growth and success. The primary function of this position is to identify potential market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them. Analyst are expected to use data-driven approaches to identify future areas of growth and make recommendations to the Business Development Team for more effective sales and marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis - Gathering data, analyzing trends, and interpreting market dynamics to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and/or teaming partners.
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities - analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Involves researching new markets, assessing potential partnerships or targeting new clients to help drive growth and profitability.
  • Support the Development of Business Proposals and Strategies – Assist in developing business proposals and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments - Work with Executive Management and Corporate Program Managers to create targeted campaigns and work with operations teams to ensure efficient implementation.
